Lenten Class Offerings

Walk to Jerusalem
This Lent our congregation is “walking to Jerusalem” with St. Cross by the Sea Episcopal Church in Hermosa Beach, California.  During Advent, St. Cross walked to Bethlehem and now is walking with us to Jerusalem.  The idea of this project is to increase our physical activities during the season of Lent.  Members are invited to keep track of how many miles they move each week and turn them in at church on Sundays during Lent.  The goal is for our congregation to log 6,870 miles during the 40 days of Lent, and walk the distance from Boulder to Jerusalem.  We’ll also keep track with St. Cross and see how we are doing together.  So get moving - walking, running, biking, classes at the Y or however you want to move more, and keep track starting on Ash Wednesday.

Walking to Jerusalem Group: Thursdays in Lent at Noon
Please join us on Thursdays for a walk around the neighborhood and up to Davidson Mesa to log miles to Jerusalem as well as for fellowship!  We’ll meet in the St. Ambrose parking lot.

WEDNESDAYS: Throughout Lent, St. Ambrose will present Lenten classes as part of the regularly scheduled Community Wednesday Program.
